Experts from the World Association of Radiopharmaceutical and Molecular Therapy held a symposium on nuclear medicine at the HopeXchange Medical Center in Ghana.
24 Nuclear Medicine experts from all over the world shared their knowledge and experience about cutting-edge technology and cancer treatment utilizing nuclear medicine. Medical personnel from the HopeXchange Medical Center, as well as other health institutions in the Ashanti Region participated.
New possibilities of cancer treatment are being considered for this region of Ghana. Training of local personnel has also been offered. Besides all this long lasting, bonds of friendships and collaboration plans between local and international medical professionals were established.
