Prof. Francesco Castelli, a close collaborator of HopeXchange Medical Center in Ghana is now the new Rector of the University of Brescia, Italy. Dr. Castelli is a full professor of infectious Diseases and Director of the University of Brescia Division of Infectious and Tropical Diseases. He is also the Chair of the Department of Medicine at the same university and the Spedali Civili Hospital. Prof. Castelli is the UNESCO Chair for “Training and empowering human resources for health development in resource-limited countries” HopeXchange extends our heartfelt congratulations.
