C. Keith Cargill

Mr. Cargill serves as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Lending Officer of Texas Capital Bank, and has more than 30 years of diverse banking, finance, operating and accounting expertise. Immediately prior to forming Texas Capital Bank, Mr. Cargill served as president of Cargill Lakes, Inc., a privately-owned venture capital investment company and executive operating officer of Mack Financial Group, Inc., where he was instrumental in the acquisition and operation of a commercial finance division of a Fortune 500 company.

Mr. Cargill is a certified public accountant. He began his business career at Arthur Andersen & Co. following his graduation from Baylor University. He earned his master’s of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

He is active in the community, serving on the Advisory Boards of the University of Texas at Arlington Business School, the Chiapas Project, and Memnosyne Foundation. In addition he serves as Vice President of the UTA College of Business Administration Advisory Board and as a member of the World Affairs Council.
